1. Introduction Welcome to buydirect.lk. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products. This website is operated by SAMS Lanka. By accessing or using buydirect.lk, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Service Model & Product Liability buydirect.lk acts as a platform to source goods directly from producers, farmers, and manufacturers. While we vet our suppliers, SAMS Lanka relies on these direct sources for product accuracy and quality. All product warranties are strictly limited to those offered by the original manufacturer.

3. Payment Terms We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Direct Bank Transfers, and Cash on Pickup. Orders paid via Bank Transfer will only enter the 1 to 7 working day processing queue once funds have cleared into the SAMS Lanka account. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

4. Customer Responsibilities for Perishables Customers purchasing food, frozen items, or perishable goods agree to accept delivery promptly and adhere strictly to the storage instructions on the product packaging. SAMS Lanka assumes no liability for product spoilage occurring after the courier has successfully delivered the items.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAMS Lanka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the defective item in question.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
