General Shipping Information All orders placed on buydirect.lk are processed and dispatched by SAMS Lanka. We partner with reliable third-party courier services to ensure your items reach you safely and efficiently.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing: Standard processing takes 1 to 7 working days, depending on the specific product and its availability direct from the producer or farmer.
• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery days will be depending on your location and the estimation shown at checkout.

Perishable and Frozen Goods Delivery For orders containing frozen items, fresh produce, or other perishables, the customer is strictly responsible for being present to receive the delivery. Upon receipt, the customer must immediately store the items according to the storage instructions provided on the packaging. SAMS Lanka and buydirect.lk will not be held liable for any spoilage or degradation of quality resulting from missed deliveries, delayed acceptance, or improper storage by the customer after handover.

Shipping Rates & Tracking Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number to monitor your delivery via our courier partner.

Cash on Pickup If you select the “Cash on Pickup” option, your order will be prepared and held at our designated pickup location: 112, Lauries Road, Colombo 04. Orders must be picked up within 1 days of notification. Perishable orders must be picked up on the same day the notification is sent.
