Strict Return Conditions At buydirect.lk, we source directly from producers to give you the best value. Because of this disintermediation model, returns are strictly limited to items with manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.

Reporting a Defect If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at refund@buydirect.lk within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photographic or video evidence.

Warranties on Electronics and Consumer Goods All warranties are strictly provided by the manufacturer or producer. SAMS Lanka does not offer any independent or extended warranties on products sold through buydirect.lk.

  • If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, the claim must be processed directly through the manufacturer’s specified service center or process.
  • We will provide you with the necessary proof of purchase to assist in your warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Refund Process for Defective Items If a return for a manufacturing defect is authorized by us or the manufacturer:

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card) or transferred via Bank Transfer for Cash/Bank Transfer orders within 5-7 business days.

We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
